Job Purpose:
Manages and monitors material flow and inventory within production operations to ensure timely availability, cost efficiency, and alignment with production schedules across ready-mix, asphalt, and aggregate plants.
Principal Accountabilities:

Plan, monitor, and control the supply and utilization of raw materials to meet production requirements.

Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Equipment Operations teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability.

Track inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and prevent shortages or overstocking.

Analyze material consumption trends and recommend actions to minimize waste and optimize cost.

Prepare regular reports on material usage, inventory status, and production support.

Allocate raw materials to appropriate locations based on specifications and quality standards.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures in all material handling activities.

Support internal and external audits and maintain accurate documentation of material and inventory movements.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Production Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of inventory management, material planning, and production operations.
Years of Experience:

3–5 years of relevant experience in material control, inventory management, or related roles within industrial or manufacturing environments.
