Production Officer - (Flexo/Printing Industry) Male

Siflex Pvt Ltd is a leading manufacturer of Flexographic plates, providing high-quality pre-press solutions to the printing and packaging industry. We are looking for a dedicated Operator to oversee and manage the production activities on the shop floor efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate flexo plate-making machines efficiently.
• Handle imaging, processing, drying, and finishing of plates.
• Mount plates accurately on carriers or sleeves.
• Ensure machine calibration and exposure settings.
• Perform basic maintenance and report faults.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Coordinate with design/prepress for job specs.
• Inspect plate quality and record production data.
• Follow schedules and meet production targets.
• Work in shifts and follow company policies.

Requirements:

• Education: DAE / B.Tech / BSc / BE (Mechanical / Printing / Industrial or relevant field)
• Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role, preferably in Flexographic or Printing Industry
• Strong team leadership and shift management
• Familiarity with Flexo plate-making processes
• Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Good communication and coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
