Production Planning & Control Manager (PPC Manager)

Ziyan Textiles is looking for a skilled and experienced Production Planning & Control (PPC) Manager to lead, optimize, and streamline our production processes. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, timely product delivery, and adherence to high-quality manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective production control strategies to streamline operations and reduce waste
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams manufacturing, logistics, and quality assurance to ensure aligned and efficient production schedules
• Monitor production metrics, analyze performance data, and present actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
• Lead demand planning and inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions to resolve production bottlenecks and enhance processes and methodologies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in production control or supply chain management (manufacturing background preferred)
• Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and lean manufacturing principles

· Excellent analytical abilities with proficiency in tools such as Skilled in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Demonstrated success in managing production schedules and optimizing inventory levels
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Solid understanding of production processes, inventory management and supply chain management processes
• Knowledge of production forecasting, capacity planning, and production cost control
• Ability to interpret complex data and convert insights into strategic actions
