Production Planning Specialist

Kastamonu Entegre Ağaç Sanayi which is one of the two locomotive companies of Hayat Holding was established in year 1969 for production in the wooden panel industry and today became a global power which is the 1st in Türkiye, the 3rd in Europe and the 4th in the world in its field.

Kastamonu Entegre Headquarters is looking for a “Production Planning Specialist" in Global Supply Chain Directorate. The position is based in “Altunizade, İstanbul.”

Job Role Details

• Analyze actual monthly sales together with Sales, record deviations with root causes, and adjust data for promotional effects.
• Conduct demand forecasting using statistical methods.
• Enrich demand forecasts with sales activities and promotions, and publish accurate short- and mid-term demand plans by SKU in terms of quantity and revenue.
• Effectively execute monthly and weekly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, triggering decision-making mechanisms when there are deviations from sales and production budgets, and communicate the agreed demand plan to central production planning.
• Monitor actual sales, conduct performance analysis, and prepare reports.
• Revise demand plans for Make-to-Stock production according to in-month changes and communicate updates with central production planning.
• Track delivery commitments for Make-to-Order production, take corrective actions with central planning, and ensure communication with Customer Service.
• Define product segmentation, set stock policies for finished and semi-finished goods, and support effective stock management and optimization.
• Take part in new development projects, measure impacts, and integrate learnings into future work.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare required reports, perform process analysis, identify improvement areas, and make recommendations.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, or related).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of English
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and structa ured working style.

Experience

• 3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or related functions.
