Production/ Project Manager - Pressure Vessel & Piping Steel Fabrication

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project / Production Manager to lead our Process Plant Equipment (PPE) Division, specializing in pressure vessels, piping steel fabrication, structural steel, and process equipment for the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day production and project execution within the PPE division.
• Manage the fabrication and assembly of pressure vessels, piping systems, structural steel, and related process equipment.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor projects to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and quality control teams.
• Ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and HSE requirements.
• Build, guide, and supervise production teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in steel fabrication and project/production management, preferably in oil & gas and process equipment manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ASME codes, API standards, and international fabrication standards.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale fabrication projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
