Production Senior Fillers

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Senior Production Filler responsible for safe and efficient filling operations of LPG cylinders and LDO products. The candidate must have hands-on experience in production filling, safety procedures, and plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate LPG cylinder filling and LDO filling systems
• Monitor filling pressure, weight, and quality standards
• Check valves, hoses, pumps, and filling equipment
• Detect gas leaks and take immediate action
• Follow all HSE and safety regulations
• Maintain daily production and filling records
• Supervise helpers/labours during filling activities
• Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns
• Ensure housekeeping in filling area

Requirements

• Mandatory experience in LPG & LDO filling operations
• Minimum 3+ years relevant experience
• Knowledge of safety procedures and hazard handling
• Ability to read gauges and measuring instruments
• Physically fit and capable of shift duty
• Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred

• Gulf experience
• Basic English communication
• Safety/H2S training is an advantage
