We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead shift operations across frying, seasoning, and high-speed packaging lines.

What You’ll Do
- Run the Line, Hit the Plan
- Plan and execute daily/shift production to achieve output, quality, and cost targets.
- Allocate manpower, machines, and materials effectively for maximum line efficiency.
- Lead & Develop the Team
- Supervise production crews, brief shifts, and ensure safety, GMP, and hygiene standards are met.
- Coach and train operators to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Drive Food-Safe & Standardized Operations
- Maintain and improve SOPs and Work Instructions for critical steps (start-up, changeover, sanitation, metal detection, allergen control, oil management).
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, BRCGS, and UAE Food Safety requirements.
- Implement Lean & Continuous Improvement
- Promote 5S, Kaizen, and Just-in-Time (JIT) principles to reduce waste and downtime.
- Apply SMED methods for faster changeovers and improved flexibility.
- Maintenance Partnership
- Conduct TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) checks, ensure equipment cleaning/lubrication, and coordinate preventive maintenance with Engineering.
- Ensure Quality & Traceability
- Enforce FIFO/FEFO across raw, packaging, and finished goods.
- Monitor CCPs (fryer temps, metal detection, allergen controls) and lead root-cause actions for deviations.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain shift reports on output, downtime, waste, and quality performance.
- Support KPIs such as OEE, Right-First-Time, Waste Reduction, and Food Safety Audit Scores.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Engineering, Food Technology, or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience in FMCG / Food Manufacturing (snacks, bakery, or similar).
- Working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, TPM).
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and exposure to ERP systems.
- Willingness to work in shifts and production floor environments.
