Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor in Saudi Arabia to oversee Production operations for our company. As a Supervisor at The Production Hub Industries, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards.

Qualifications:

·Proven experience of 4 + years in planning and executing the activities in the retail production industry.

Responsibilities:

· Supervise and lead a team of production staff, including scheduling and training, to guarantee a productive and engaged workforce.

· Overseeing routine production activities in all the departments: - joinery, metal, acrylic, painting, printing.

· Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities to the production team and drawing up a production schedule.

· Communicating expectations to production team members, evaluating their performance and providing constructive feedback.

· Troubleshooting and solving issues that arise on the production floor.

· Implement and maintain quality standards.

· Ensuring completion of projects as per the required deadlines.

· Keeping records and providing reports on materials used for each order.

· Regularly checking the machinery and checkpoints to ensure safe and efficient workflow.

· Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are strictly followed in the production facility.
