Production Supervisor

Dhabi Enterprises Establishment is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations at our chemical production facility. This role is responsible for supervising production staff, monitoring manufacturing processes, and ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities, including batching, mixing, and packaging of marine and oil field chemicals
• Assign tasks to production operators and monitor workflow to meet production schedules
• Ensure all manufacturing processes follow standard operating procedures and quality specifications
• Monitor raw material usage and finished product output to minimize waste
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to maintain safety and cleanliness
• Train new production staff on equipment operation, safety protocols, and company procedures
• Document production data, including batch records, output quantities, and downtime incidents
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or process issues to maintenance and management
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Participate in shift handovers and communicate production status to incoming supervisors

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or certification in chemical processing or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing or industrial production environment
• 1+ years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role preferred
• Knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety practices
• Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures and batch tickets
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating yields
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends as needed

Pay and Benefits:

• Salary range: 6000 AED to 7000 AED
• Benefits such as health insurance, Visa, transportation, overtime pay.
