Production Supervisor (Custom Packaging)

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor with a strong background in custom box manufacturing to oversee daily production operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflow, maintain quality standards, and lead a team to meet production targets while adhering to safety and operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in custom box manufacturing (e.g., corrugated, folding cartons, rigid boxes).
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders according to specifications.
• Manage and lead production staff, including training, performance evaluation, and shift planning.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with design, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and order fulfillment.
• Troubleshoot machinery and production issues; coordinate with maintenance when needed.
• Enforce workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain production records, reports, and inventory levels of raw materials.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives (lean manufacturing, 5S, etc.).

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in custom box manufacturing or packaging industry.
• Strong knowledge of materials such as corrugated board, paperboard, and finishing processes (die-cutting, printing, gluing).
• Familiarity with production machinery used in box manufacturing.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
