Production Supervisor (Electrical Background) – Medical Device Manufacturing

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a medical device manufacturing company in Karachi, for a Production Supervisor with an electrical background to manage and oversee production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day production activities
• Monitor electrical systems and machinery for proper operation
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot minor electrical and production issues
• Maintain production reports and documentation
• Ensure compliance with DRAP regulations and SOPs
• Coordinate with mechanical engineers and operators for smooth workflow

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in production supervision in manufacturing
• Knowledge of electrical systems and machinery operation
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team
• Awareness of regulatory compliance is a plus
