Production Supervisor (Food Industry)

We are looking for a skilled Production Supervisor to join our factory team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production operations, ensure product quality, manage staff performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise production lines and daily factory activities
• Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance/training
• Coordinate with maintenance, QA/QC, warehouse, and other departments
• Prepare daily reports, checklists and support production planning
• Make daily internal transfers inside the Factory by using PC

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in food manufacturing)
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
• Computer skills.

Location: Qatar
