Production Supervisor/Manager

• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality standards.
• Utilize your mechanical and chemical engineering expertise to troubleshoot and optimize production processes.
• Demonstrate exceptional color matching skills to maintain consistency in product aesthetics.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team of production staff to achieve targets and foster professional growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, R&D, and quality assurance teams to drive process enhancements.
• Maintain accurate production records, generate reports, and provide regular updates to management.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, waste minimization, and efficiency improvements.
• Implement a culture of safety, quality, and innovation on the production floor.
