The Opportunity:

The Productivity Coach’s primary responsibility is to increase productivity for new and emerging agents, helping them develop the skills, mindset, and consistency needed to succeed in real estate. This individual is driven yet compassionate- a top producer who exhibits a take-charge, results-oriented approach, yet also thrives by seeing others achieve. They will partner closely with the Team Leader and leadership team to create productivity events, contribute to the Market Center’s training calendar, and support overall growth goals. The Productivity Coach delights in knowing they’ve succeeded when the agents they coach- and the Market Center as a whole- succeed.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coach & Mentor: Work hands-on with new and developing agents to help them reach their first listings, contracts, and closings
  • Lead Training: Conduct group classes, workshops, and skill-building sessions that improve agent productivity and confidence
  • Accountability Partner: Use existing KW tools and dashboards to identify candidates for coaching, uncover their goals, guide them to create action plans, and hold them accountable for follow-through
  • Support Productivity Events: Partner with the Team Leader to create and implement productivity events and an impactful Market Center training calendar
  • Foster Culture: Build a collaborative, positive environment where learning and success thrive

Requirements:

  • Active Texas Real Estate License
  • Proven track record in residential real estate sales
  • Demonstrated success in achieving personal production goals with a focus on client service and results
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to hold others accountable to specific activities and production standards
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to support multiple agents at different stages of their business
  • Experience mentoring or training peers or new agents is a plus
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
