Job Description:

As a Car Professional Sales Executive, you responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and achieve company sales targets. The role involves building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions that ensure satisfaction and long-term business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential clients and expand the customer base.
  • Present company products and services through professional sales presentations.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to achieve profitability targets.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, production, and customer service) to fulfill client requirements.
  • Customer Engagement: Interact with customers professionally, understanding their automotive preferences and needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest car models, features, and industry trends to effectively communicate information to customers.
  • Multilingual Support: Utilize your language skills to assist customers proficient in Arabic, English, French, Russian, Swahili, and Urdu, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the export automotive industry (MUST).
  • Fluency in English (MUST); proficiency in other languages is an (Arabic, French, Russian, Swahili, Urdu).
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving & exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of automotive products & industry trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Male candidates with an average age between 27-35.
  • UAE or GCC experience is (Must).
