Program Lead – Full-Time | On-Campus | Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Design & Implementation – Transdisciplinary, value-integrated curriculum aligned with NCF 2023.
• Teacher Training & Development – Induction, workshops, in-class coaching, and PLCs.
• Teacher Recruitment & Mentoring – Identifying, onboarding, and developing aligned educators.
• Admissions & Orientation – Guiding parents and students through philosophy and expectations.
• Outreach & Engagement – Campaigns, events, digital content, and representation in forums.
• Leadership & Strategy – Collaborative planning, reflective practices, and policy input.

We are Looking For

• Alignment with values of clarity, compassion, courage, and commitment.
• Experience in progressive pedagogy (project-based, experiential, transdisciplinary).
• Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills with comfort in a residential community setup.
• Proficiency in English & Hindi.

Preferred Background: Cambridge methodology, NCF 2023, SEL, Design Thinking, Systems Thinking, teacher training, or curriculum leadership.
