Program Manager CMS

Program Manager (CMS) – Remote

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead high-impact initiatives for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). This role requires proven expertise managing large CMS programs, strong financial oversight skills, and the ability to coordinate across multiple vendors and initiatives in a federal healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary liaison with CMS, delivering reports, presentations, and updates.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Oversee multi-million-dollar project budgets, forecasts, and compliance reporting.
  • Provide strategic leadership for CMS testing oversight across programs.
  • Ensure adherence to CMS regulations, documentation standards, and federal guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Business, IT, Healthcare Admin (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of program/project management, with direct CMS experience.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar federal project budgets.
  • Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, compliance, and system testing.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Must be able to obtain an EUA clearance.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with CMS systems (HETS, QIES, MAC).
  • Agile or hybrid delivery experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs170,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per year
