Program & Training Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

1. Research & Data Management (Ongoing)

• Design and coordinate research studies ensuring rigorous methodology and data quality
• Manage research phases including piloting, data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Develop research proposals, concept notes, and budgets for external funding
• Support data analysis and interpretation to inform program strategies

2. Training & Capacity Building (Ongoing)

• Conduct trainings for research teams, partners, and stakeholders
• Design and refine training content for school staff and community members
• Evaluate training outcomes and recommend improvements for education stakeholders

3. Project Coordination (Ongoing)

• Manage SIS/TIS updates for student and teacher data under PEF/PEIMA programs
• Ensure quality education delivery, textbook provision, and QAT implementation in schools
• Facilitate coordination with schools, district officials, PEF monitors, and stakeholders
• Support social mobilization, conflict resolution, and event organization
• Strengthen monitoring systems to ensure field presence and timely execution of activities

4. Administration & Reporting (Ongoing)

• Maintain accurate school and project records
• Ensure timely communication of project updates and issues
• Prepare regular progress reports on activities and deliverables

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in research, training, or education programs
• Experience working with government or district education stakeholders preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and KoboToolbox for data analysis
• Strong project management, communication, and report writing skills
• Experience with SIS/TIS and education management systems
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in field settings
• Strong stakeholder coordination and IT skills
• Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
