Programme Coordinator - CLD (Karachi)

The Program Coordinator CLD, will be responsible for monitoring and support for ground activities of Community Learning & Development (CLD) Unit including Aagahi Adult Literacy and Young Learners Non-Formal Education (YLNFE) programme, through visits to Aagahi centers and telephonic surveys/follow ups with different stakeholders for program implementation. Moreover, he/she would be responsible for the training of Region/Area Teams on the processes and procedures pertaining to planning and implementation of Aagahi & data management & analysis.

Program Operations

  • Assist in implementing operational level activities as per the work plan to ensure timely execution of activities
  • Carry out field level coordination and communication with Regional Teams, Area Teams and TCF Principals to ensure smooth operations, data collection & entry, meet timelines, and deliverables.
  • Review and update activity chart and timelines.

Training & Development

  • Conduct TNAs & FGDs to identify the training needs and improvement areas
  • Prepare training communication materials and train Area Teams on program design and implementation

Program Monitoring and Reporting

  • Conduct monitoring visits of Training Sessions and Aagahi Centers
  • Draft & report monitoring and training feedback to the relevant stakeholders
  • Assist in improving program design by provision of relevant feedback from field and areas

Communication & Coordination

  • Follow-up with various tiers – Region, Area and Field to ensure implementation of said activities
  • Maintain cordial relations with field staff and interact with Region and Area for meeting program objectives
  • Coordinate with IT & Raabta teams for program online changes and implementation

Data Collection & Analysis

  • Ensure timely collection and data entry of Aagahi Monitoring Forms and Exams
  • Ensure timely collection and data entry of Area-level and cluster-level Training Attendance
  • Collect success stories from the field for CLD activities
  • Data verification and trend analysis

Required Skills:

Technical Skills

  • Running program operations ensuring coordination with field teams
  • Ensure strong follow-up against planned activities
  • Knowledge of conducting trainings
  • Ability to analyze data for reporting to relevant stakeholders
  • Skilled in MS Office Word, Excel & Power Point

Soft Skills

  • Independent worker
  • Able to communicate and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
  • Able to meet deadlines and deliver under pressure
  • Manage field relationships
  • Represent CLD at various events

Education:

Bachelor's in Social Sciences / Statistics / Computer Studies

Experience:

The required candidate should possess 2-3 years of experience in the capacity of training, monitoring, coordination, communication & data management & analysis.
