We are looking for a high-calibre Programme Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale Data Governance and Cybersecurity programmes across enterprise and government clients in Qatar.

This is not a coordination role this is hands-on programme leadership across complex, multi-workstream environments.

You will be responsible for end-to-end programme delivery , leading large teams and ensuring successful execution of strategic initiatives across:

• Enterprise Data Governance programmes (frameworks, operating models, tooling, adoption)
• Cybersecurity transformation (GRC, risk, compliance, architecture)
• Multi-vendor and multi-stream delivery environments

You will operate at both delivery and stakeholder level , engaging senior executives while driving execution across technical teams.

• Lead and deliver large-scale programmes (multiple workstreams, 10–50+ resources)
• Drive Data Governance programme implementation (policies, controls, data ownership, tooling)
• Oversee cybersecurity initiatives aligned to standards (ISO, NIST, etc.)
• Manage programme governance, reporting, RAID logs, and executive steering committees
• Ensure delivery to timeline, budget, and quality targets
• Coordinate internal teams, partners, and client stakeholders
• Drive adoption and business integration , not just technical delivery

• Proven experience delivering Data Governance programmes (not theoretical)
• Strong track record managing large programmes with sizeable teams
• Experience across Cybersecurity domains (GRC, SOC, risk, or transformation)
• Ability to operate in complex enterprise environments
• Strong stakeholder management up to C-level
• Structured delivery approach (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile hybrid)

• Experience in Qatar / GCC market
• Background in regulated industries (banking, aviation, government)
• Familiarity with frameworks such as:
• DAMA-DMBOK
• ISO 27001 / NIST
• Data privacy / governance standards
