As Programming Coordinator, you ll help drive the heartbeat of our live and experiential events. Working closely with the Programming Manager, you ll coordinate the planning, scheduling, and execution of dynamic content from talent bookings to show timelines ensuring every element is aligned, polished, and ready to go live.

What You ll Do

  • Support the creation and management of event programming schedules, content formats, and calendars
  • Coordinate with artists, speakers, performers, and cultural partners on logistics, deliverables, and requirements
  • Liaise with internal teams (creative, production, operations) to align programming goals and feasibility
  • Track contracts, technical riders, and program assets, ensuring all materials are submitted on time
  • Manage databases, programming grids, and run-of-shows with accuracy and updates
  • Assist with onsite event execution, including rehearsals, show cues, and talent management
  • Conduct research on new talent, cultural trends, and experiential formats to inform future programming
  • Document post-event reports, programming feedback, and performance metrics

What You Need to Apply

  • 2+ years of experience in event programming, content coordination, or cultural project delivery
  • Proven ability to manage schedules, talent communications, and cross-functional workflows
  • Strong knowledge of live event production and technical requirements
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic a plus
  • Bachelor s degree in Event Management, Media, Arts, or related field
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Airtable/Trello or other project management tools
  • Based in the UAE with full working rights
