Job Description: Project Accountant

Company: Finsen Ritter Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India

Experience: 0–5 years

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage project accounting in Tally, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

· Record and maintain project-related financial transactions including expenses, revenues, and assets.

· Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.

· Prepare and analyze MIS reports, cost sheets, and financial summaries using Advanced Excel.

· Track project-wise cash flows, invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.

· Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and finance teams for timely financial updates.

· Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

· Assist in internal audits and provide necessary financial data for reviews.

· Support management in decision-making with accurate project cost and profitability analysis.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

· 0–5 years of relevant experience in project accounting/finance.

· Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Tally ERP and Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, reporting, etc.).

· Knowledge of project accounting principles and financial reporting.

· Familiarity with statutory compliances (GST, TDS, etc.) preferred.

Additional Requirements:

· Strong analytical and numerical skills.

· Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Good communication and coordination skills.
