Project Analyst - nCino

We are seeking an experienced Project Analyst / Associate Agile Coach with strong exposure to Agile delivery environments and hands-on experience with nCino (Salesforce-based banking platform). The role will support Agile project execution, stakeholder coordination, and process optimization across banking and financial services initiatives.

Requirements

• Support end-to-end project delivery in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Act as an Associate Agile Coach to promote Agile best practices across teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Track project metrics, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Support implementation, enhancement, and optimization of nCino solutions.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and functional documentation.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and Agile execution.
• Assist in change management and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Analyst, Agile Project Coordinator, or Associate Agile Coach.
• Strong hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Experience with nCino platform (mandatory).
• Good understanding of banking and financial services workflows.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) is an advantage.
• Experience supporting digital transformation or core banking projects.
• Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven projects.
