Job Title: Estimator & Insurance Report Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Estimator & Insurance Report Specialist to manage roof estimations, damage assessments, and insurance reporting. The role involves preparing accurate estimates, professional proposals, and detailed reports supported by clear documentation and cost analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sketch roofs manually and generate accurate cost estimates.
• Prepare and email client proposals in a professional format.
• Research and apply updated market rates for labor and materials.
• Assess damages through photos and site data, categorizing issues accurately.
• Create comprehensive insurance reports with clear descriptions, causes, solutions, and photographic evidence.
• Provide realistic cost estimates and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Experience in estimation, damage assessment, or insurance reporting.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of construction/roofing materials and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
