Job Title: Project Coordinator – EHR Onboarding

Reports To: Marketing Manager

Location: Naval Anchorage, Islamabad

Position Overview:

The Project Coordinator will assist the Marketing Manager in executing onboarding projects for clinics and hospitals transitioning to our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. The role involves administrative, coordination, and communication tasks to ensure a smooth implementation experience for healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the end-to-end onboarding process for clinics and hospitals under the guidance of the Marketing Manager

Coordinate scheduling of implementation calls, demos, and training sessions with client stakeholders.

Assist in preparing onboarding documentation, project plans, user manuals, and welcome kits.

Track onboarding milestones and maintain up-to-date project trackers.

Follow up with internal teams (Product, IT, Training) to ensure deliverables are met on time.

Act as a point of contact for day-to-day communications with client admin and support staff during onboarding.

Document meeting notes, client feedback, and technical requirements for reference and improvement.

Assist in post-implementation surveys and transition to support teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Health Informatics, IT, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in project coordination or client onboarding (healthcare domain preferred).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project tracking tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Jira).

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with EHR systems or digital health platforms is a strong advantage.

Experience in marketing or communication role.

Basic understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data privacy standards.

This role offers the opportunity to grow into a Project Coordinator or Implementation Specialist role, with increasing responsibility in managing client-facing onboarding projects independently.
