Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are hiring a Project Coordinator to join our project management division. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-driven, and proactive. You will help manage active projects, assist with coordination tasks, maintain documentation, and contribute to keeping workflows aligned with client needs. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy structure, planning, and teamwork.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Work with project managers on scheduling, task assignments, and tracking progress.
  • Help create timelines, scope documents, and resource plans.
  • Monitor ongoing tasks, identify risks or delays, and suggest corrective solutions.
  • Keep project documentation accurate, updated, and properly organized.
  • Assist with workflow optimization and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Prepare status updates, progress reports, and dashboards for leadership.
  • Maintain regular client communication for requirement gathering and clarifications.
  • Take part in Agile activities, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a project coordination or project management role within an IT/software firm.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and exposure to web or mobile projects.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Practical experience using project management tools like Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and confidence in independent problem-solving.
