Project Coordinator

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of project coordination, construction administration, or comparable operations support experience

  • Experience supporting projects involving construction, engineering, field services, or government/federal contracts

  • Demonstrated experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, documentation flow, and deadline tracking

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document management systems

  • Ability to work in compliance-driven environments with strict documentation standards

  • Valid enhanced driver’s license

  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug, background, and driving record screenings

  • U.S. citizenship (federal contract requirement)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working on military installations or federal facilities

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance

  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field

  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and vendors in a multi-project environment
