Minimum 3 years of project coordination, construction administration, or comparable operations support experience
Experience supporting projects involving construction, engineering, field services, or government/federal contracts
Demonstrated experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, documentation flow, and deadline tracking
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document management systems
Ability to work in compliance-driven environments with strict documentation standards
Valid enhanced driver’s license
Ability to pass pre-employment drug, background, and driving record screenings
U.S. citizenship (federal contract requirement)
Prior experience working on military installations or federal facilities
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
Experience coordinating subcontractors and vendors in a multi-project environment
