Project Coordinator

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a Project Coordinator with interior fit-out experience to support project planning, execution, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks while ensuring smooth coordination between site teams, consultants, suppliers, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities for interior fit-out projects
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, drawings, schedules, and reports
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
• Track material submissions, approvals, and deliveries
• Monitor timelines and follow up to ensure milestones are achieved
• Arrange meetings, prepare minutes of meetings (MOM), and follow up on action points
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements
• Support handover documentation and project close-out activities
• Perform any other duties assigned by management

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Gender: Female (as per role requirement)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in interior fit-out projects
• Availability: Immediate joiner preferred
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field
• Skills:
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Good knowledge of interior fit-out processes and project workflows
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong documentation and follow-up skills
