Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Coordinator with 10+ years of experience in civil construction projects. The candidate will act as a central coordination link between site teams, project managers, consultants, clients, and management to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate between multiple project sites, project managers, and head office
• Monitor overall project progress, timelines, and execution schedules
• Track project milestones and ensure deadlines are achieved
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with purchase, billing, accounts, and technical teams
• Ensure documentation, drawings, approvals, and compliance records are updated
• Identify delays or bottlenecks and escalate to management with solutions
• Support project managers in decision-making and execution strategy
• Attend client and consultant meetings when required
• Ensure quality and safety standards are followed across sites

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of civil construction processes (RCC, finishing, MEP coordination)
• Excellent coordination and leadership abilities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Good knowledge of project planning tools and MS Excel
• Experience in contractor-side project coordination preferred

Eligibility Criteria

• BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in construction project coordination
• Experience in contracting firms mandatory
• Strong reporting and documentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
