Thrive Advertising is a growing branding and large-format printing company specializing in indoor & outdoor signage, vehicle branding, mall branding, retail fit-outs, and customized advertising solutions across the UAE.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to manage signage and branding projects from initiation to completion. The candidate will coordinate between clients, design team, production unit, suppliers, and installation teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate multiple signage and branding projects simultaneously
  • Communicate with clients regarding approvals, artwork, revisions, and timelines
  • Follow up with design, production, and installation teams
  • Prepare project schedules and monitor progress
  • Handle site measurement coordination and mock-up approvals
  • Maintain project documentation, BOQs, invoices, and LPO tracking
  • Coordinate with suppliers for materials (acrylic, vinyl, flex, LED, etc.)
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained before dispatch & installation
  • Report project status to management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • 2–4 years experience in advertising, signage, fit-out, or printing industry (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
  • Knowledge of large-format printing & signage materials is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage deadlines
  • UAE driving license is a plus
