We are looking for a Project Coordinator who can support project management operations while utilizing business intelligence insights to improve decision-making and execution.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator with strong business intelligence skills and excellent English communication abilities. The ideal candidate will assist in managing multiple projects, coordinating between technical and business teams, and analyzing project data to ensure efficient delivery.

This role requires someone who can translate data into actionable insights, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and keep projects aligned with timelines and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities across different teams including development, design, marketing, and management.
• Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and status updates for management and stakeholders.
• Utilize Business Intelligence tools and data analysis to monitor project performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and project planning.
• Facilitate meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain alignment on project goals.
• Maintain project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Identify risks, blockers, and potential delays and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure clear documentation and organization of project-related materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong Business Intelligence and data analysis skills (experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel analytics, or similar).
• Excellent English speaking and communication skills (mandatory).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to interpret data and convert it into meaningful insights.
• Experience working with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Monday, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to coordinate between technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in software development or technology companies.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience preparing business reports and dashboards.
• Understanding of AI, SaaS platforms, or digital products is a plus.
