Project Coordinator & Planner – Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator & Planner to support the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of the NEIC programme.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Scheduling

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines across multiple workstreams.

• Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure alignment with programme timelines.

• Support planning and scheduling of centre activities including events, workshops, and audits.

• Ensure continuity of planning across design, build, pilot, and rollout phases.


Coordination & Delivery Support

• Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and programme events.

• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate information flow.

• Maintain structured planning documentation including timelines, resource plans, and workflow trackers.

• Support alignment across teams, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and workflows.


Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare, update, and maintain project documentation (trackers, risk logs, action logs, and planning materials).

• Support the development of reports including monthly, annual, impact, and ad-hoc reports.

• Ensure high standards of documentation quality, consistency, and version control.

• Maintain accurate records to support workload and performance tracking.


Monitoring & Follow-Up

• Monitor project progress against plans and timelines.

• Identify risks, issues, or delays and escalate them in a timely manner.

• Ensure consistent follow-up on action items from meetings and governance reviews.

• Support transition planning during changes in roles or resource allocation.


Research & Analytical Support

• Conduct research to support frameworks, operational materials, and planning inputs.

• Compile data, benchmarking, and insights to support decision-making and reporting.
