Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing civil engineering projects related to oil and gas facilities under ADNOC.
- Support in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, and ADNOC representatives to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with ADNOC’s technical specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Participate in project meetings, prepare documentation, and track action items for timely completion.
- Conduct site inspections to verify work progress and adherence to approved drawings and project specifications.
- Prepare and submit regular progress updates, reports, and documentation as required by ADNOC and company procedures.
- Facilitate communication between the project team and ADNOC officials, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Assist in procurement coordination, document control, and follow-up with vendors for project materials and approvals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Diploma in Civil or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil or project coordination roles, with 2–3 years of direct experience assisting Project Managers in ADNOC projects.
- Strong understanding of ADNOC project procedures, HSE requirements, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- WMS certification is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
