Job Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to manage customer-side deployments and implementation projects for our SaaS-based Customer Experience Platform.

This role blends project coordination + customer communication + internal collaboration — perfect for someone who thrives on ownership and execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Scope Management

  • Gather project details from Sales/Pre-Sales and prepare clear Scope of Work (SOW) documents.
  • Schedule and conduct Kick-off Meetings with customers and internal teams.
  • Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and milestones in coordination with technical teams.

2. Coordination & Communication

  • Act as the primary communication bridge between customer and internal teams (Pre-Sales, DevOps, Implementation, Support).
  • Ensure all stakeholders are updated on progress, delays, or dependencies.
  • Send weekly project status updates to customers proactively — even when no progress is made.

3. Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track project progress using dashboards or project management tools (ClickUp/Jira/Google Sheets).
  • Identify risks and delays early and escalate to management for timely resolution.
  • Prepare Project Closure Reports and customer feedback summaries.

4. Customer Experience & Relationship

  • Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customer representatives throughout the project.
  • Conduct handover to Customer Success after go-live and ensure documentation is complete.
  • Capture Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) feedback post-deployment.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Project Coordination, Account Management, or Implementation Support (preferably in SaaS, IT, or Telecom).

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Urdu).
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Good understanding of customer lifecycle and software deployment processes.
  • Hands-on with project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Jira, Asana, etc.).
  • Basic technical aptitude to understand SaaS platform workflows.
  • Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving mindset.
