Project Coordinator (Female)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Coordinator with Sales Expertise to manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support sales initiatives. This hybrid role requires strong organizational skills, client management experience, and the ability to contribute to sales growth through lead generation, client communication, and proposal development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams (technical, marketing, finance) and clients.
• Track project progress.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates for clients and management.
• Identify project risks, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and leads.
• Prepare and present proposals and client presentations.
• Follow up on leads, client queries, and proposal submissions.
• Ensure Sales, by calling & providing all the support needs.
• Build strong relationships with clients to support upselling and renewals.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years in project coordination or project management with exposure to sales or client-facing roles.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
