Job Title: Project Coordinator – Interior Fit-Out

Location: UAE

We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator with experience in Interior Fit-Out projects to support project execution and coordination with site teams and clients.

Experience Required
2–3 Years of Experience in Interior Fit-Out Projects (UAE or GCC preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records
Follow up on material delivery, site activities, and work schedules
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for project requirements
Ensure project activities follow timelines and quality standards
Assist in preparing project updates and progress reports for management
Support the team in resolving site coordination issues

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
2–3 Years of experience in Interior Fit-Out projects
Good knowledge of construction processes and site coordination
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation
