Project Coordinator- International US-based Solar Campaign

Tech BPO is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our team for a US-based solar energy campaign. This role is ideal for recent electrical engineering graduates with a focus on renewable energy or power systems—especially those from reputed universities like GIKI, FAST, NUST, or UMT.

The selected candidate will coordinate technical and operational aspects of solar projects while maintaining clear communication with international clients and internal teams. Prior BPO experience with US-based clients will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee daily project operations for the US-based solar campaign.
• Manage internal timelines and ensure the delivery of project milestones.
• Serve as the communication bridge between international clients, stakeholders, and teams.
• Track project performance and provide regular updates to management.
• Support troubleshooting, quality assurance, and process improvements.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Renewable Energy or Power.
• Graduates from GIKI, FAST, NUST, or UMT (recent batches) are strongly preferred.

Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of solar energy systems and technical project coordination.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is a plus.

Experience:

• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in a BPO environment with US-based clients will be a significant advantage.

Location: Township College Road, Lahore

Job Type: Full-Time/ Onsite

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Night Shift, Monday to Friday)

Salary: PKR 45,000 to PKR 60,000/month + Commission in Dollars
