Job Purpose

The Project Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure and CCTV surveillance projects. The role involves coordinating between internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating IT and CCTV surveillance projects.
• Act as a point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal technical teams.
• Prepare project documentation including project plans, reports, and progress updates.
• Track deliverables, timelines, and budgets, escalating risks or delays when necessary.
• Support procurement and logistics for IT and CCTV hardware (switches, routers, cameras, NVRs, cabling, etc.).
• Ensure technical teams follow proper installation, configuration, and commissioning procedures.
• Monitor site work progress, conduct follow-ups, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, and handover documentation for CCTV and network projects.
• Maintain records of completed installations and as-built documentation.
• Support in resolving client queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, Electronics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or CCTV surveillance projects.
• Strong knowledge of networking basics (LAN, WAN, VLANs, IP addressing).
• Familiarity with CCTV systems (IP cameras, NVR/DVR, VMS platforms).
• Experience in project coordination, reporting, and documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across teams and clients.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, or other project management tools.
