Project Manager (For Client)

Tech Drop is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Slack, Trello, and Notion is essential. Being able to spe­ak and write English really well is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage multiple projects from start to finish (on time, on budget, high quality).
• Develop detailed plans, timelines & budgets, track progress.
• Coordinate with teams to define goals, deliverables & resource requirements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project status, milestones, and risks.
• Identify & mitigate project risks, implement solutions.
• Foster collaboration & knowledge sharing within the team.
• Continuously improve project management processes and workflows.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
• Strong proficiency in project management software such as Asana, Slack, Trello, and Notion.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
