Project Coordinator - Onsite

Karachi, Pakistan

Assist in the development and maintenance of detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and action items

Track project deliverables and timelines using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project)

Communicate with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment and project transparency

Monitor project progress and escalate issues or delays to the Project Manager

Assist with resource allocation, schedule updates, and reporting

Maintain documentation for all project phases and ensure knowledge transfer

Support quality assurance by coordinating feedback and testing cycles

Facilitate the onboarding of new clients or stakeholders into project workflows

Help prepare reports and presentations for internal and client meetings

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field

2+ years of experience in project coordination or project support (preferably in SaaS or tech industry)

Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management software

Experience working with remote teams is a plus

Preferred Skills:

Experience with risk and compliance software or financial services

Working knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, or Smartsheet

PMP or CAPM certification (or working toward it)

Technical background or familiarity with SaaS implementation projects
