We are seeking a highly organized and commercially minded professional who can manage administrative tasks, support business development, and coordinate projects between clients and contract manufacturers.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across operations, sales support, and project management in a fast-growing startup environment.
You will play a key role in keeping projects moving, communicating with partners, and helping bring new products to market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination
Manage client projects from initial inquiry to production.
Coordinate communication between clients, suppliers, and contract manufacturers.
Track timelines, deliverables, samples, and approvals.
Ensure projects move smoothly from concept to launch.
2. Client & Commercial Support
Assist with new client inquiries and onboarding.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and project summaries.
Support sales activities and follow-ups with leads.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and partners.
3. Supplier & Manufacturer Management
Identify and communicate with contract manufacturers.
Collect quotes, capabilities, MOQs, and lead times from suppliers.
Coordinate product samples and documentation.
Help maintain a database of vetted manufacturing partners.
4. Administrative & Operational Tasks
Maintain CRM, project tracking tools, and internal documentation.
Organize contracts, NDAs, product specs, and regulatory documentation.
Prepare reports on project status and business pipeline.
Support the founders with operational and administrative needs.
5. Process & Business Development Support
Help improve internal workflows and processes.
Research manufacturers, ingredients, packaging suppliers, and market trends.
Support expansion into new product categories or markets.
Qualifications Required
2–5 years of experience in:
Operations, Project management, Supply chain coordination, Business development support or startup operations
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, CRM tools, and project management platforms.
Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving processes.
Preferred Experience in:
cosmetics, personal care, or consumer products
contract manufacturing
private label product development
sourcing or supply chain
Experience coordinating with manufacturers or suppliers internationally.
