Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day residential construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress and report delays, risks, and site issues
- Coordinate drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and site documentation control
- Liaise with site engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Attend site meetings and assist in preparing Minutes of Meeting (MOM)
- Support quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
- Prepare progress reports and assist in tracking manpower, materials, and equipment
- Maintain proper project records, approvals, and correspondence
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in residential building construction projects
- Strong knowledge of residential construction activities and coordination
- Basic understanding of BOQs, drawings, schedules, and construction documentation
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and AutoCAD
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and site pressure
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
