Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day road construction activities including earthworks, subgrade, base, asphalt, concrete, and drainage works
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, and monitoring of road and infrastructure projects
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Coordinate drawings, BOQs, quantity tracking, and project documentation
- Liaise with site engineers, surveyors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Attend coordination meetings and prepare progress reports and MOMs
- Support quality control, material inspections, and safety compliance
- Track manpower, machinery, and material usage and report project status
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in road or infrastructure construction projects
- Good knowledge of road construction activities, materials, and sequencing
- Basic understanding of BOQs, drawings, and construction documentation
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and AutoCAD
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in site environments and manage multiple tasks
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
