About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator and Social Media Manager. This internship position offers the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience coordinating projects and managing social media presence for our IT company, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking web and app development projects.
• Coordinate between developers, clients, and management to ensure timely project delivery.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and progress reports.
• Support team in troubleshooting technical issues and managing development workflows.
• Monitor project milestones and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Social Media Management:

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
• Monitor social media channels and engage with the audience professionally.
• Analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media with overall business goals.
• Stay updated on social media trends and tools relevant to the IT and software industry.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Basic understanding of programming languages and coding concepts (e.g., JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Python).
• Familiarity with web and app development processes.
• Experience or interest in managing social media platforms professionally.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools is a plus.
