Coordinate with the Design team to secure timely responses to RFIs, preventing delays in project execution.
Analyze Design Change Notices (DCNs) from a technical perspective, evaluating their impact on project progress, cost, and quality.
Review variation order requests submitted by contractors, prepare Engineering Review Instructions (ERIs), gather all necessary supporting data, and coordinate with stakeholders to finalize the issuance of variation orders.
Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments and external parties to align on design updates and model changes across various disciplines.
Ensure that any updates to procedures or standards are clearly communicated and implemented across the project team.
Prepare bi-weekly project progress reports in coordination with the site team, providing a comprehensive overview of status, milestones, and key issues.
