Project Coordinator/Manager

Islamabad, Pakistan

We are seeking a motivated IT Project Coordinator/Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage resources, budgets, and timelines while ensuring quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Prepare project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, team members, and vendors to ensure alignment.
  • Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
  • Ensure project documentation, reports, and compliance standards are maintained.
  • Lead project review meetings and provide status updates to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT project coordination (for Coordinator role).
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management (for Manager role).
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
