Project Cost Accountant

We are currently seeking a Project Accountant and Costing Accountant. The ideal candidate will possess extensive project accounting experience, enabling them to meticulously review project costs, compare them with budgets, and identify any variances. Their responsibilities will include investigating these variances to ensure that all costs are accurately allocated to each project. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for reviewing and accurately posting costs for each project measure, as well as presenting weekly and monthly material and labor costs reports for each project.

Furthermore, the candidate will be expected to compare costs across projects, highlighting any variances and providing recommendations for proper cost allocation. The successful applicant should have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a senior cost controlling role, particularly within the construction industry. Additionally, candidates should hold qualifications in cost and management accounting, accompanied by a proven track record of utilizing advanced costing techniques and proficiency in Microsoft Excel & other Computer based costing softwares.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
