Job Summary:

The Project Document Clerk (Site Work) is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining project documentation at the site level. The role ensures accurate filing, timely retrieval of project documents, and smooth coordination between site teams, contractors, and the project office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage all project documentation, records, and files in an organized manner.
  • Prepare, update, and control documents such as reports, correspondence, daily logs, material tracking sheets, and project registers.
  • Assist in data entry and preparation of project-related documents.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and office staff to ensure proper flow of information.
  • Ensure all documents are correctly numbered, version-controlled, and stored securely.
  • Handle document distribution and filing for audits and project reviews.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company documentation standards.
  • Support the site team with general administrative duties when required.
  • Visa+ Accommodation +Transportation + Medical and All benefits as per UAE labor laws.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be currently available in UAE.
  • Willing to work at project site locations as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
