Project Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in interior fit-out projects. The role involves managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage interior fit-out project execution from start to handover.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare project schedules, material submittals, and progress reports.
• Supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Communicate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor project costs and ensure efficient resource utilization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architectural / Interior Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of materials, finishes, and fit-out methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
