Project Engineer

Role: Project Engineer
Exp: 8+ Years

Location: Mahbubnagar

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, design coordination, and execution of residential/commercial/industrial real estate projects.
• Monitor on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare and review BOQs, technical specifications, and project schedules.
• Oversee quality control and compliance with safety and building regulations.
• Track project budgets and help identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and correspondence.
• Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate site meetings with stakeholders.
• Support in procurement processes and material management.
• Troubleshoot engineering or design-related issues during execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in construction or real estate project engineering.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in high-rise or large-scale real estate projects.
• Preferably working experience on School projects, university projects or Govt. Projects.
